SHIPPING: shipping is FREE for UK customers. International shipping rate is $8.00. If you buy more than one item, we will not charge additional shipping. All you have to pay for shipping is $8 and does not matter how many items you bought.
We dispatch all items via Royal Mail, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days within UK. International delivery takes 5-14 days (depends of destination country and customs checks). Unfortunately once Royal Mail collects an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within estimated time then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you.
We only ship to the registered address on your PayPal account, please make sure the address is correct before confirming your order. We will not be able to refund or replace your order if the shipping address provided is missing key details such as the house number or road name. Please make sure you check your address carefully before confirming the order.
